Octavi Serret \u00e9s natural de Vall-de-roures (Matarranya). \u00c9s llibreter vocacional i amic de les lletres ebrenques i franjolines i dels seus conreadors i conreadores. El passat 3 d’octubre va rebre el Premi nacional de cultura per part de la Generalitat de Catalunya. Ha estat impulsor de nombrosos llibres col\u00b7lectius, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb editorials com Aeditors, Cosset\u00e0nia i March Editors: L’altre nadal, Estius a l’Ebre, Galeria Ebrenca, El riu que parla, Lletres de Casa, EbreBlook.
