Estem parlant del Pante\u00f3 de Roma, temple consagrat a tots els deus i constru\u00eft per ordre de l\u00b4emperador Adri\u00e0 a principis del segle II. Es va edificar en tres o quatre anys. El rom\u00e0ntic Lord Byron el definia amb cinc qualificatius: \u201csenzill, ferm, sever, auster i sublim\u201d. Segons els cl\u00e0ssics dos eren les qualitats d\u2019all\u00f2 que ells deien \u201cmonumental\u201d: senzillesa i grandesa. Va ser el primer temple de l\u2019antiguitat que valorava l\u2019espai interior, que respira espiritualitat i connexi\u00f3 amb el cosmos. En una paraula: humanitat.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vilesigents.blogsome.com\/images\/SagradaFamlia.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0No es pot dir el mateix de la Sagrada Fam\u00edlia, temple dedicat a un sol deu. Aquest edifici, que fa 129 anys que \u00e9s en construcci\u00f3, mai ser\u00e0 \u2014segons els cl\u00e0ssics\u2014 \u201cmonumental\u201d, perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 grandesa, per\u00f2 no senzillesa. Suposo que aix\u00f2 al senyor Gaud\u00ed poc l\u2019importava. Tampoc a la burgesia o a la c\u00faria religiosa d\u2019aquella \u00e8poca de bonan\u00e7a econ\u00f2mica. Evidentment la Sagrada Fam\u00edlia \u00e9s sublim (aix\u00f2 ning\u00fa ho dubta) per\u00f2 no \u00e9s ni senzill, ni ferm, ni sever, ni auster. Al contrari: \u00e9s complicat, excessiu, exterior, ostent\u00f3s i qualsevol cosa menys ferm. Quins valors pot representar aquest espectacular exabrupte?: doncs la vanitat, la sup\u00e8rbia i l\u2019ostentaci\u00f3 de l\u2019\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 i d\u2019una religi\u00f3 que pot\u00e8ncia totes aquestes caracter\u00edstiques. En definitiva: un monument notablement impropi de l\u2019\u00e8poca en que vivim, on cont\u00ednuament es parla d\u2019austeritat. Un monument anacr\u00f2nic, que no es construeix al servei de l\u2019humanitat; tot al contrari, \u00e9s l\u2019humanitat la que es posa al servei d\u2019ell. Com a l\u2019\u00e8poca de les grans catedrals medievals, que duraven segles en acabar-se (si s\u2019acabaven) i que no es feien a la mesura de l\u2019\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 (considerat, segons aquella mentalitat, indigne d\u2019obres tan sublims), sin\u00f3 A.M.D.G.: AD MAIOREM GLORIAM DEI.<br \/>\nPossiblement avui Miquel \u00c0ngel diria el mateix: \u201cdisseny ang\u00e8lic, no hum\u00e0\u201d, per\u00f2 amb un altre sentit. Perqu\u00e8 ara som al segle XXI, malgrat que l\u2019esgl\u00e9sia i els seus fans semblen no adunar-se\u2019n.<br \/>\n\u00c9s definitiu: les obres s\u2019acabaran l\u2019any 2026 (\u201ccasualment\u201d el centenari de la mort d\u2019en Gaud\u00ed). Meravell\u00f3s.
