Era igual una simfonia de Beethoven que una \u00f2pera de Verdi o Wagner. S\u2019havia de comprar Karajan. Vaig voler adquirir unes Estacions de Vivaldi pel grup I Musici i el botiguer es va disculpar, per\u00f2 a canvi em va oferir les de Karajan, que era el \u201cmillor director del m\u00f3n\u201d. En realitat la meva curiositat em duia a voler saber si hi havia vida musical a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s de Karajan.<br \/>\nM\u00e9s endavant, quan ja havia descobert que s\u00ed, em van preguntar si hi havia m\u00e9s tenors a m\u00e9s de \u201cLos Tres Tenores\u201d. All\u00f2 em va recordar la infantesa, quan Moss\u00e9n Vicent ens endinyava all\u00f2 de \u201c\u00bfQu\u00e1ntos dioses hay?\u201d, i la resposta era que nom\u00e9s hi havia un D\u00e9u en tres persones diferents. El \u201cTres Tenors\u201d eren, doncs, les persones de la Sant\u00edssima Trinitat Tenoril. Era impossible que n\u2019hi hagu\u00e9s m\u00e9s.<br \/>\nFa ara uns anys, un ingenu company de fatigues em va informar de que havien descobert un senyor que venia m\u00f2bils i que era un tenor que cantava com Pavarotti. No \u00e9s que cant\u00e9s com un professional, no com Pavarotti.<br \/>\nFa uns mesos un alumne em va dir que a \u201cEl Hormiguero\u201d havia sortit el millor pianista del m\u00f3n, un tal Lang Lang. I ara fa uns dies el vaig veure a la tele en un d\u2019aquests realitys de talents, i la meva estimada Paula V\u00e1zquez tampoc dubtava en presentar-lo com el millor. Al menys no va dir que era l\u2019\u00fanic. En realitat Lang Lang \u00e9s l\u00b4\u00fanic pianista de nivell que surt per la tele. Evidentment aix\u00f2 el converteix en el millor.<br \/>\nPer\u00f2 potser el cas m\u00e9s agosarat \u00e9s el del meravell\u00f3s tenor lleuger Juan Diego Fl\u00f3rez, que fins i tot molts dels bons aficionats a l`\u00f2pera consideren el millor tenor de l\u2019actualitat. El problema \u00e9s que aquest eminent belcantista, que converteix en or tot el que canta, no interpreta mai als grans compossitors oper\u00edstics: Monteverdi, H\u00e4ndel, Mozart, Verdi, Wagner, Puccini, Bizet o Richard Strauss.<br \/>\nEn aquest circ dels int\u00e8rprets medi\u00e0tics, ple de simplificacions dr\u00e0stiques i de ximpleries, en quin lloc queden els grans CREADORS de m\u00fasica? En quin lloc queda l\u00b4ART?
